Excellent service as usual. Called Charlee and explained I had two blown units and within 24 hours replacements ordered and fitting all booked around my diary. Mike came as planned and on time and completed the job with his usual efficiency and tidiness- thank you guys, really appreciated

I first used Five Sar Windows about 15 years ago when they installed lovely sliding patio doors in my kitchen. Recently, in my new house they have replaced a huge lounge window and a bedroom window, both supported properly with steel lintels where a previous company had not fitted lintels at all. Now, they've replaced draughty glass doors leading to the conservatory with lovely secure, double glazed French doors. Excellent installers even replaced the wooden surround in order to preserve the wood theme of the conservatory.

Friendly service. Two surveys before installation. No long delay. Lovely, professional work. No mess. Why shop around?

Moved into a new house & windows were the first priority, Did some research & found 5 Star Windows. Made an appointment & saw the quality of their products were better than another Window company. I ordered nine windows & patio doors. That was 2022.Everything went to plan & no problems so far. On to 2023 & i needed new porch doors & side panels, so once again rang 5 Star Windows. All ordered & fitted no problems. On to 2024 & i needed a new back door.....so who do i call? Of course 5 Star Windows!! Back door fitted & working no problems. Sorry 5 Star Windows, everything done now. But!! moving in the next couple of years & who am i going to call?........... 5 Star Windows!!

Following a rep knocking our door we thought we would give 5 star a go and I'm glad we did. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable helping tus to understand the products and detail the difference between the window quality they supply and the cheaper alternatives you get elsewhere. The fitters were quick and very efficient cleaning up and taking my old windows and door with them to dispose. The windows and doors are of a great quality and look amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

Avoid at all costs, from day 1 it was a disaster. Delays, shoddy surveys, additional monies needed to rectify situations that could have reasonably been identified at survey. Workmen that don't turn up, work missed, poor workmanship and a complete lack of project management. Many weeks of stress and tears with the company failing to meet the service I was paying for. No compensation in recognition of all of the issues provided despite numerous complaints. Buyer beware!
Update: West Yorkshire Windows have blocked me from their Facebook page to prevent me from commenting on their adds with honest and politely worded reviews. Their offer for me to reach out is farcical as I have repeatedly contacted with all my attempts to agree a fair price or any sort of recompense for their errors shut down with repeated demands for full payment. Lots of words to save their face in a public domain

We'd already had excellent service last year with the whole house having new windows, so it was an easy decision to ask them to supply and fit a new composite front door. From the initial visit to select styles and colour, to the survey and then to the fitting, where the job was left spotless, beautifully fitted and exactly what we'd ordered. We cant fault 5 Star Windows and would recommend to anyone. Great job, thankyou !!!

This was a great experience throughout.
No pressure sales, just a guy who knew exactly what he was talking about and delivered me an acceptable price without any silly sales gimmicks. This was the best price out of multiple quotes.
Installation day arrived and could not have been smoother. Two great guys super friendly and efficient.
We now have a conservatory to be proud of.
Guess this firm isn't called 5 Star for nothing.

Delighted with our new patio doors! All the staff from ordering to installation have been very polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if correspondence hadn’t kept being addressed to my partner who had previously requested a quote for something else at this address. A minor issue but just a bit irritating when I am paying for it.

After a couple of initial administrative problems, we were thoroughly delighted with the standard of the windows fitted, that have made a fantastic feature to the views from our house.
The fitters, John & Lucas, were superb & polite, doing a great job. We would have left a five star review, had it not been for the admin errors.
On the whole though, well done.

5 Star provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was in-depth and very reasonable, and the team were flexible regarding our requirements. 
The installation was scheduled quickly, and the completed on the time frame given to a high standard. 
A couple of minor issues were quickly rectified when notified. 
Very happy, and can highly recommend.
