Excellent service from skilled and conscientious staff.

Avoid at all costs, from day 1 it was a disaster. Delays, shoddy surveys, additional monies needed to rectify situations that could have reasonably been identified at survey. Workmen that don't turn up, work missed, poor workmanship and a complete lack of project management. Many weeks of stress and tears with the company failing to meet the service I was paying for. No compensation in recognition of all of the issues provided despite numerous complaints. Buyer beware!
Update: West Yorkshire Windows have blocked me from their Facebook page to prevent me from commenting on their adds with honest and politely worded reviews. Their offer for me to reach out is farcical as I have repeatedly contacted with all my attempts to agree a fair price or any sort of recompense for their errors shut down with repeated demands for full payment. Lots of words to save their face in a public domain

We'd already had excellent service last year with the whole house having new windows, so it was an easy decision to ask them to supply and fit a new composite front door. From the initial visit to select styles and colour, to the survey and then to the fitting, where the job was left spotless, beautifully fitted and exactly what we'd ordered. We cant fault 5 Star Windows and would recommend to anyone. Great job, thankyou !!!

This was a great experience throughout.
No pressure sales, just a guy who knew exactly what he was talking about and delivered me an acceptable price without any silly sales gimmicks. This was the best price out of multiple quotes.
Installation day arrived and could not have been smoother. Two great guys super friendly and efficient.
We now have a conservatory to be proud of.
Guess this firm isn't called 5 Star for nothing.

Delighted with our new patio doors! All the staff from ordering to installation have been very polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if correspondence hadn’t kept being addressed to my partner who had previously requested a quote for something else at this address. A minor issue but just a bit irritating when I am paying for it.

After a couple of initial administrative problems, we were thoroughly delighted with the standard of the windows fitted, that have made a fantastic feature to the views from our house.
The fitters, John & Lucas, were superb & polite, doing a great job. We would have left a five star review, had it not been for the admin errors.
On the whole though, well done.

5 Star provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was in-depth and very reasonable, and the team were flexible regarding our requirements. 
The installation was scheduled quickly, and the completed on the time frame given to a high standard. 
A couple of minor issues were quickly rectified when notified. 
Very happy, and can highly recommend. 

I have used this company many times over the last 20 years for my house renovations in a range of different properties. The prices are always competitive and the workmanship of the installations excellent.
Their teams of fitters are knowledgeable and efficient, working swiftly and always leave the place clean and tidy. Doors can naturally drop a little once used for a while, especially when the seasons change, they return to make the adjustments quickly, I have never had any problems getting them to return to solve minor issues, sometimes years after the installation!

From first conversation ,service was first class! quick response on quotation to Windows being fitted very professional top communication would highly recommend for a stress free experience for start to finish 10/10

Just had our kitchen completely redesigns by Bon Accord Kitchens. From start to finish they were brilliant and could not do enough to accomodate our minor changes throughout the fitting. The fitteing teams was excellent and worked really hard to make sure we had a kitchen up within a few weeks. Excellent job thank you!
